The Texas A&M soccer team secured their 13th straight win at Ellis Field on Sunday, Sept. 5. Sophomore midfielder Taylor Pounds scored the first goal of the game to give the Aggies a 1-0 lead. Jojo Ngongo of UTEP scored an equalizer in the 41st minute to tie up the game heading into halftime. Sophomore midfielder Kate Colvin scored a goal in the 49th minute putting the Aggies back in the lead. Freshman forward Maile Hayes scored the first two goals of her collegiate career, followed up by a free kick from freshman forward Natalie Abel in the 60th minute and an additional goal in the 85th minute. The Aggies took the win over UTEP with a score of 4-1.

The Texas A&M soccer team will play Southern in their next match on Wednesday, September 8. at 7 p.m. at Ellis field.
