The 2022 Muster was the first since 2019 to be held in Reed Arena with no attendance restrictions. This year's speaker was retired Gen. Mark A. Welsh III. Welsh serves as the Dean of the Bush School of Government and Public Service. As part of their 50th class reunion, the Class of 1972 was in attendance. Notable members of the Class of 1972 include Texas A&M System Chancellor John Sharp and former Texas Gov. Rick Perry.
