No. 5 Texas A&M, defeated No. 2 Georgia, on the morning of Friday, Oct. 29 at the Hildebrand Equine Complex. Between all the events, A&M finished with a score of 13-6. A&M kept steady throughout the meet starting out by winning the first horsemanship event (4-1). Three A&M athletes Haley Redifer (Fences), MacKenzie Chapman (Horsemanship) and Lisa Bricker (Reigning) won Most Outstanding Performer honors. The equestrian team will take on UT Martin on the road on Friday, Nov. 12 at 10 a.m.
