Student senator and junior political science major Cary Cheshire brought suit Wednesday, Feb. 15, alleging that election commissioner and senior biomedical sciences major, Allison Krenzien had overstepped her bounds in regards to candidates changing caucuses – in reference to an email Krenzien sent to candidates the day before. The A&M Judicial Court decided that the election commissioner did not overstep the prerogative that comes with her office, as there are no regulations around her action.
