Murano rejects increase of $20 a credit hour

Warrant amnesty
The cities of Bryan and College Station will participate in the Central Texas Multi-Jurisdictional warrant roundup Feb. 18, but have scheduled a warrant amnesty period from Monday to Feb. 15 in order to clear thousands of outstanding warrants totalling millions of dollars.
