Underground racist groups do affect minorities, now and then. These covert racist operations keep things quiet because without power, they will invariably be squelched by society's more tolerant and logical standards. The problem that arises is that in our "monkey see, monkey do" society, when these groups get enough support, they sway public opinion and in many instances "screw African Americans
