Two A&M football players arrested

Two Texas A&M football players were arrested Wednesday morning.
According to KPRC Houston, junior linebacker Wade Lightsey and freshman running back John Kelly were both arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Wade was arrested for using profanity. Kelly, who was arrested for fighting, was also charged with evading arrest.
Police responded to a disturbance call at the Beta Theta Pi fraternity house where Kelly was found shouting and swinging his arms in the center of a large group of people. Kelly began to yell at and threaten the officers and then attempted to flee. Kelly was arrested after refusing to stop yelling at guests and officers.
Kelly paid a $300 fine and was released from jail. Kelly was held in the Brazos County Jail Wednesday night as he was unable to post the $2,500 bond.
