Army ROTC Helicopter Crashes on Duncan Field

There has been one confirmed fatality.

An Army ROTC Helicopter crashed at 3 pm Monday on Duncan Field on the campus of Texas A&M University. The Army UH-60 Blackhawk contained a crew of five; four Army National Guard and one ROTC staff member at TAMU. The helicopter was taking part in the Corps of Cadets' ROTC Winter Field Training Exercises along with 190 cadets. The helicopter went down after an apparent problem with the rudder. There is one confirmed fatality.
