Take away the 2 picks and the blown coverage and we lost this game by 1 score to the 21st ranked team in the nation. We beat ourselves in this one. Some positives to take from this though are that while we may continue to struggle the rest of the year, our 400yrds of total offense shows that this team is finally grasping the new system and we should expect some good games, albeit possibly not victories, in our remaining games. If anything though, Jerrod is maturing as a QB and by the end of year we can expect to see just how promising the next (hopefully two years) of his career will be, I mean damn, he's already almost matched McGee's career best for passing TDs in a season through his first 4 games as a starter..
