You have an opportunity that is rare in college: to actually do relevant investigative journalism. These are great questions, but it is only the tip of the iceberg. Don't look to just the Regents and the Chancellor - start interviewing the power players in the know like Bowen, Hagler, Flores, former Associates of McKinney and Perry, Bresciani, etc. I support y'all and want to see you help us figure this one all out.
Keep it up.
Keep it up.

Are you kidding me, Thomas?? The Battalion does not to investigative journalism- ever. You'll have to look to The Anthem for that.

Excellent questions, to be sure. As for who is able to do investigative journalism, I strongly suggest professionals that are outside of local influence. An out-of-state paper would be ideal. The Anthem is not it and neither is The Batt. They're too amateurish and involved.
