First of all, I am shocked that Bresciani had to step down. The Corps of Cadets needs to be free to operate and choose another Reveille. Had the University not stepped in, they'd already have Reveille VIII in place. I liked Bresciani b/c he didn't try to come in here and mold A&M into some other place and he worked to keep it unique. Best wishes to him and I pray that the University elects one of our own to come in and fill the post, as opposed to an outsider who doesn't understand Texas A&M or quite possibly tries to change it to fit someother image.

Well lets think about this. Murano needed Bresciani gone because he was a part of the "old" system under a different president. I definitely think it is unprofessional and uncalled for, but I do know it was completely political. Good look Bresciani in your future endeavors. You will be missed!

Dr. Bresciani, was an exceptional leader, well liked among students, and extremely qualified for his position. I hope Dr. Murano will not continue to remove excellent leaders, leaders deserving of respect and their positions from this University. Students need leaders like Dr. Bresciani, people we can count on, people who would give us an audience and a voice, something Dr. Murano is not accomplishing. I feel as though before long my voice and opinion as a student will not matter and that I might be attending the Texas AgriLife College...this is indeed a sad day for students. TAMU should be envious of the lucky institution that hires Dr. Bresciani. Thank you for your service - Gig 'Em and God Bless!

As someone who served in leadership positions for many student organizations on campus, I can tell you that Dr. B was DEFINITELY an asset to Texas A&M. Not only did he know his stuff as an admin, but he actually gave a damn about the student of A&M and what they wanted. If he was really told to leave, Murano is a moran, and should probably start packing her bags herself. Thankfully for her, Dr. B seems to also be a man of dignity, so we probably wont hear any complaints from him. A university, like any other entity, cant stay afloat if you get rid of all the best crew. I hope this comes back to bite her in the ass. Good luck Dr. B - I, as well as just about any student who had the pleasure of meeting you in person, wish you luck! I for one, as a recent grad who has just sent in my first checks to the university as an alumna will be turning my pen to the paper in official complaint against this - to anyone who will except hate mail. Im researching my shit list now.

I'd be interested in the details of his dismissal. At Fullerton Community College, we've had a parade of idiot interims as place-warmers in Dean of Student Services and VP of Student Services --rather, not a parade in each position, but during 2007-08 a nightmare combination of fools who let student government run rampent with corruption and abuse with no stopping of them. They let the entire student body down.

There would be no Texas A&M that is for sure. There would be no prosperity, no civil order that is for sure. Of course I am sure you are aware of the conditions in Mexico. Sir if you like Mexico and Mexicans so much them move there.
Obvioulsy Mexicans do not like Mexico, they leave in droves to come here often risking life and limb.

Sir are you aware that white women of child bearing age are less than 2% of the worlds population. If whitey were a particlar type of bear, say polar bear, that would put whitey on the endangered species list. I should not have to leave my country for anybody. I was born and raised here and nobody will ever take that from me.
Race in itself is not much to be proud of. Especially when in history, a race like yours has a lot of negatives attached to it. Be proud of a good honest upbringing and not just of your skin color. I feel sorry that you will continue living life with a mind filled of hate. Especially in an ever changing diverse world which you have no control over. I understand why you feel attacked. However, you have to admit that your actions and thoughts are what has brought on policies such as affirmative action as an attempt to correct the wrong your mindset have caused. Call it reverse discrimination if you'd like. It is what it is. It is in place because people like you decided to be superior to everybody else and supress other races. It is a shame that Murano forced Dr. Bresciani to resign. I never met Dr. B personally, but as a parent of an Aggie student, I was always impressed with his committment to serving the students. I was impressed in fall 2007 when I saw him on move-in day helping students move into the dorms. It was a typical hot, steamy August College Station day, and there he was carrying in all sorts of stuff for the residents. Dr. B epitomized the Aggie spirit. Murano has a tall challenge to find a comparable replacement. Best wishes to Dr. Bresciani in his future positions. Whoever gets him will be the better for it.

I'm not sure what color he thinks Jews are (blue? purple?) but I can assure you that we are white and our ancestors came here from Europe just like his.

Jews are of Semetic origin sir. Askenazim "jews", who took up the judaic religion during the 8th centuery AD are of Turkish origin. Different genetiics. There are many that have European and even German blood ad in. Alisha Silverstone, Avril Lavine, Madison Konkel are good examples as well as Werner Golberg who was a poster boy for the German SS.
Sephardic jews are by no means white and have a darker skin tone.
Might it be added that Askenazims "whitened" themsleves to blend in and made it orthodox through the AMA to snipe the ends of whitey's weiners in 1944 to make Europeans blend in with them.

When Robert Gates first became the president, the then Athletic Director resigned within 6 months for whatever reasons. iirc, a few other people resigned also. Guess what? Some people just don't get along well.

Sorry, I didn't mean this specific issue was related to race. Dr. Murano is just putting people who she is comfortable her around her. Just like any other administration would. I kinda got off the whole Dr. Bresciani topic, my bad.

Birth rates are historically inversely proportional to the affluence of the society, talk about overzealous. I don't know what America youre living in but the white population is still domininant so I wouldn't suggest revolting .

Let us take a look at European "expansion". Why did it occur? PLease remember that the Crusades, Manifest Destiny and The White Man's Burden were all of christian origen. And were all done in the name of a jewish god. Christianity is of jewish origin. Otherwise Europeans/Aryans either outright conquered and later mixed in with where they migrated or liked to be on their own. I am pleased that someone has wrote this statement. It looks like TAMU is still producing good Americans with good American values.
