Homeland Security is a brand that no longer has any credibility. It has been forever tainted by its association with Bush, corruption, FEMA, and torture. I can imagine the Homeland Security Studies curriculum: Enhanced Interrogation Techniques 101, War Profiteering 230, and Bureaucracy 350.
