"Anesthesia awareness" may not happen as often as stated in the film, but for those who it has occurred to (and I am one of the unfortunate few) it is absolutely terrifying. Should be a good film-but one I will miss :)

The plot twist was definitely not one of the best twists in the last decade. It's far from great. I don't even know if it qualifies as a twist. It's actually part of a lame plot. The movie wasn't suspenseful either. It was actually a real dud. That's just me though.

If you're looking for one of the greatest plot twists, go see "The Mist."
