As a West Village resident during the period when Charles Gordone's Pulitzer was awarded, it occurs to me that The Aggie Players could memorialize this amazing playwright and teacher by producing at least his Pulitzer play, "No PLace To Be Somebody," and possibly some of his other works.

Failing that, it seems to the play should be pubished--if not by A&M Press, then perhaps by Theatre Communications Group publications in New York City, where my daughter is Development Director.

It's more than a shame that none of Gordone's plays are available or are in print.

Let's work together to resolve that lack.
