Thursday is the last day of the Business Student Council's career fair in the Wehner building. The fair gives students the opportunity to interview potential employers.

Wehner has reached capacity this week, as nearly 400 students attended the business career fair in hopes of landing a job or internship. Alex Phillips, president of A&M’s Business Student Council and junior information and operations management major gave feedback on the first two days of the event.

“Every company was thrilled with the quality of our students,” Phillips said. “A lot of them will reserve spots just for Aggies, they love recruiting from here because of the high quality [of students].”

While the business career fair previously took place on only two days, Phillips said that due to the high demand for A&M business majors, the career fair was extended to three days — and even had companies on wait-lists.

The last day for students to speak with representatives from attending companies is Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Wehner building.
