How to make All'amatriciana

This signature dish has become a staple for me and my friends and family often request it. Other versions add spices and herbs, but I prefer the simplicity of this recipe. Be aware that if you add other vegetables such as mushrooms or bell peppers, then it is no longer an “All’amatriciana,” but at least it’s a sauce you created. You can call it whatever you want.
