14. Educate yourself
What exactly is in your fast food? If you can't answer that question or don't know — RUN AWAY! (Literally, run.) Make smart decisions and maybe choose the salad instead of the french fries.
15. Have a consistent routine
This routine, of course, must be one where your body is supplied with healthy foods and hours of exercise. Construct your lifestyle around your food with "healthy lifestyle" aim. This will allow you to plan meals and grocery shopping trips in advance.
