Rolling the tape

Esteban Gongora, a road construction worker for N-Line Traffic Maintenance rolls out adhesive Sunday evening for a stop line at the intersection of Texas Avenue and Holleman Drive. Starting at 7 p.m. Sunday, workers prepared to divert traffic on Texas to the completed lanes to begin work on the remaining unfinished lanes.
