If you haven't noticed, riding the bus is awkward. There is an unspoken set of rules and actions you have to follow to survive the journey. Everyone knows that if you can't make it on the bus, you can't make it anywhere.
This is a modern problem. A century ago, Aggies marched to class safe with the knowledge that everything had a uniform place and method. Everyone knew the rules; there was no guesswork or awkward situations. It was a simpler time, predating backpacks, cell phones and sorority girls.
The graphics desk has diligently been charting and recording the University's history of awkward bus situations since the day you were born (yes, YOU). According to Transportation Services, about 150,000 passengers use the transportation system every week. According to our highly trained graphics desk research team, oodles of passengers experience awkward moments during their travels.
Six of the potentially most traumatic situations have been compiled along with life saving advice from those who have been there and lived to tell the tale.
